10ו. אופן הביצוע של בדיקת ההתאמה לדרישות האסדרה האמריקאית המאומצת
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(החל מיום 22.1.2027): בדיקת התאמה לדרישות האסדרה האמריקאית המאומצת תיעשה בדרך של בדיקת העמידה בדרישות הטכניות כהגדרתן בסעיף 12(א)(1) ובדרישות התקן האמריקאי שנקבעו באסדרה האמריקאית המאומצת, ואם אין דרישות טכניות או תקן אמריקאי כאמור – בדרך אחרת הקבועה באסדרה האמריקאית המאומצת, ובאין דרך אחרת כאמור – בדרך המקובלת להוכחת העמידה בדרישות אותה אסדרה.
