100. שמירת מסמכי משלוח
תיקון: תשע״ח־2, תשפ״ב
יבואן מזון ישמור את המסמכים שלהלן, לגבי כל משלוח:
(1)חשבון מכר;
(2)הצהרת ייבוא כהגדרתה בפקודת המכס;
(3)שטר מסירה, כמשמעותו בסעיף 18 לפקודת המכס;
(4)אישור קבלת הצהרה של מזון רגיל, אישור קבלת הצהרה מאת יבואן נאות או אישור מוקדם לייבוא, לפי העניין;
(5)תעודת שחרור.
