142. הבאת מזון מהאזור לישראל
לא יביא אדם מזון מהאזור לישראל אלא בהתקיים אלה:
(1)הוא משווק רשום מהאזור;
(2)הוא קיבל את המזון מאדם בעל היתר תקף להוצאת המזון מאת הרשות המוסמכת באזור;
(3)הוא הביא את המזון לישראל בהתאם לתנאים שנקבעו בהיתר האמור בפסקה (2).
