162. היתר לשימוש ארגונים לחלוקת מזון במזון שחלף התאריך האחרון המומלץ לשימוש בו
על אף האמור בסעיף 12, ארגון לחלוקת מזון רשאי לעשות שימוש במזון שאינו מזון רגיש או מזון ייעודי והתאריך האחרון המומלץ לשימוש בו חלף, ולחלקו, אם קיבל אישור בכתב של היצרן לשימוש במזון מעבר לתאריך האחרון המומלץ לשימוש לתקופה מוגבלת, ובלבד שהאישור ניתן לפני אותו תאריך ושהשימוש או החלוקה כאמור ייעשו בתוך אותה תקופה.
