203. נוכחות במפעל
רופא וטרינר מוסמך במפעל יהיה נוכח במפעל בתדירות שיורה עליה מנהל היחידה הווטרינרית, בהתאם לניהול סיכונים ובין השאר בהתאם לניתוח של הסיכונים הקיימים לבריאות הציבור מאותו מפעל ומאותו סוג מזון.
