הוסמך רופא וטרינר במפעל כאמור בסעיף 230, יחולו עליו, על אף האמור בסעיף 320, החובות והסמכויות כאמור בסימן משנה ד׳ לסימן ג׳ לפרק ח׳, בשינויים המחויבים.
