254. סמכויות למפקח רופא וטרינר
לשם פיקוח על ביצוע הוראות לפי חוק זה במפעל שלגביו הוסמך מפקח כאמור בסעיף 244(5), יהיו נתונות לו הסמכויות לפי סעיף 246, ובלבד שסמכויות לפי סעיף 246(4) לא יופעלו במקום שבו מוכרים מזון.
