291. בקשה לביטול צו הגבלה מינהלי
(א)הרואה את עצמו נפגע מצו הגבלה מינהלי שניתן לפי הוראות סעיף 290 רשאי להגיש לבית משפט השלום בקשה לביטולו.
(ב)הגשת בקשה לביטול צו הגבלה מינהלי לפי סעיף קטן (א), אינה מתלה את תוקפו של הצו, כל עוד לא החליט בית המשפט אחרת.
