תיקון: תשפ״ד־3
מנהל שירות המזון רשאי לבצע ניתוח של הסיכונים הקיימים בתחום המזון ובכלל זה הבטחת איכות, תקינות ובטיחות המזון, לשם תכנון פעולות הפיקוח והאכיפה והפעלת הסמכויות לפי חוק זה, בהתאם לניהול סיכונים מקובל בתחום המזון במדינות מפותחות ובהן האיחוד האירופי.
