87. עיכוב במתן תעודת שחרור בשל הצורך לבצע בדיקה במזון
לא תינתן תעודת שחרור אם המפקח בתחנת ההסגר הורה על בדיקה לפי סעיף 86, ובדיקה כאמור טרם בוצעה; ואולם מפקח רשאי להורות על ביצוע הבדיקה לאחר מתן תעודת שחרור ובכפוף לתנאים שייקבעו בתעודת השחרור, לרבות לעניין ביצוע הבדיקה.
