98. שמירת תרגום של מסמכים
תיקון: תשפ״ד־3
(א)אם מסמך שיבואן נדרש לשמור לפי הוראות פרק זה אינו בעברית או באנגלית, ישמור היבואן גם תרגום של המסמך האמור לאחת השפות האמורות.
(ב)(בוטל).
(ג)על אף האמור בסעיף זה, מפקח רשאי לדרוש תרגום נוטריוני של מסמך, אם ראה שהדבר נדרש לשם השלמת ביקורת שערך.
