5. לא יוטל בלו שנית
דלק ששולם עליו מכס או בלו לא יוטל עליו בלו שנית אלא על שנים אלה;
(1)דלק שעובד לסוג אחר של דלק חב בלו, או
(2)דלק חב בלו שחודש אחרי השימוש בו.
