6. ניכוי תשלום קודם
דלק שלא השתמשו בו לאחר ששולם עליו מכס או בלו אלא עובד לסוג אחר של דלק חב בלו, ינוכה סכום המכס או הבלו הקודם מסכום הבלו החדש.
