37. סימן ד׳ – תחילה ותחולה
(א)תחילתו של חוק הביטוח הלאומי, כנוסחו בסימן זה, ביום כ׳ בטבת התשע״ו (1 בינואר 2016).
(ב)סעיף 355 לחוק הביטוח הלאומי, כנוסחו בסימן זה, יחול על דין וחשבון שהוגש בעד שנת הכספים 2016 ואילך.
