2. אישור ועדת הכספים
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)ערבות לפי סעיף 1 טעונה אישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת (להלן – הועדה) שיכול להינתן דרך כלל, או לערבות מסויימת או לסוג מסויים של ערבויות.
(ב)תוקפו של אישור שנתנה הוועדה לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (א) יהיה לשנתיים, אלא אם כן קבעה הוועדה כי תוקפו יהיה לתקופה קצרה יותר.
