7ג. פטור
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)המנהל הכללי של משרד הפנים או ראש רשות האוכלוסין, ההגירה ומעברי הגבול במשרד הפנים, רשאי, במקרים מיוחדים, לפטור מתשלום האגרה לפי תקנות אלה, כולה או מקצתה.
(ב)מדינה הפוטרת את ישראל מתשלום אגרה בעד שירותים כמפורט בתוספת, לפי אישור של משרד החוץ, פטורה מתשלום האגרה הקבועה בה.
