8. פנקס של שינויי שמות
תיקון: תשל״ט
(א)באגף עליה ומרשם שבמשרד הפנים, ירושלים, ינוהל פנקס של שינויי שמות הרשומים במרשם האוכלוסין.
(ב)הפנקס יהיה פתוח לעיון הקהל בשעות העבודה של המשרד.
