4. בקשה שלא להכריז או בקשה לביטול הכרזה
בקשה שלא להכריז לפי סעיף 13 לחוק או בקשה לבטל הכרזה לפי סעיף 17 לחוק, תוגש לוועדה המייעצת, באמצעות מטה הסנקציות, בכתב, בשפה העברית או האנגלית, בשלושה עותקים; הבקשה תהיה מנומקת והעובדות שהיא מבוססת עליהן יאומתו בתצהיר של מגיש הבקשה או של מי שהעובדות הן בידיעתו.
