4ג. חניה לנכים בשטח פריקה וטעינה
תיקון: תשע״ז
רשות תימרור מקומית תסמן מקומות חניה לכלי רכב הנושאים תג נכה, בשטח פריקה טועינה, במועדים שאינם מיועדים לפריקה ולטעינה, ובלבד ששטח הפריקה והטעינה אינו נתיב נסיעה; מספר מקומות החניה שיסומנו כאמור יהיה לפי הגבוה מבין אלה:
(1)מקום חניה אחד;
(2)מספר מקומות החניה שניתן לכלול במחצית משטח הפריקה והטעינה.
