11. ערעור
עובד הרואה עצמו מקופח מהחלטת המנהל בהשגה לפי סעיף 10, רשאי לערער עליה לפני בית המשפט המחוזי שבאזור שיפוטו נמצא מקום מגוריו; על הערעור יחולו ההוראות לפי סעיפים 154, ו־156 עד 158 לפקודה, בשינויים המחויבים.
