27. סמכויות לספי חוקי הטיס
סמכויות שר התחבורה לפי חוקי הטיס ותקנות שהותקנו לפיהם, בכל הענינים הנוגעים לשדות התעופה של הרשות ולתפעולם, רשאי שר התחבורה, על פי בקשת הרשות, לאצלן גם לרשות, למנהל הרשות או לעובד מעובדיה, למעט הסמכות להתקין תקנות בנות תוצא תחיקתי.
