28. תקנות לפי חוקי הטיס
(א)הרשות רשאית להציע לשר התחבורה להתקין תקנות מכוח סמכויותיו לפי חוקי הטיס בכל הענינים הנוגעים לשדות התעופה של הרשות ולתפעולם.
(ב)שר התחבורה, בבואו להתקין תקנות לפי חוקי הטיס בענינים הנוגעים לשדות התעופה של הרשות, יתייעץ תחילה עם הרשות.
