נציב תלונות הציבור על שופטים יעמוד בראש יחידה שתיקרא ”נציבות תלונות הציבור על שופטים“ שתברר, בהתאם להוראות חוק זה, תלונות על התנהגות שופטים במסגרת מילוי תפקידם, לרבות בדרך ניהול משפט על ידם.
