3. כשירות הנציב ומינויו
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)מי שכשיר להתמנות שופט של בית המשפט העליון כשיר להתמנות נציב תלונות הציבור על שופטים.
(ב)הנציב יתמנה בידי הועדה לבחירת הנציב, לפי סעיף 3א.
(ג)מעמדו הציבורי של אדם והיכרותו עם מערכת המשפט יובאו בחשבון לענין הצעת מועמד לנציב ולענין מינויו.
