28. תביעה פלילית
תיקון: תשמ״א, תשמ״ו, תש״ן
(א)לא תיפתח חקירה פלילית נגד קאדי מד׳הב אלא בהסכמת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, ולא יוגש כתב אישום נגד קאדי מד׳הב, אלא בידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על עבירה שנקבעה כעבירת קנס לפי כל חיקוק ועל עבירה מינהלית שדינה קנס מינהלי קצוב.
