35. סימון החמרים הרעילים
תיקון: תשע״א־3, תשע״ב־2 [31]
(א)בקבוק או צרור הנמסרים מידי רוקח ויש בהם סמי מרפא רעילים או פעילים בכמויות טוקסיות, יסומנו בתווית רעל בנוסף על התווית הדרושה לפי סעיף 30.
(ב)תוויות רעל יהיו מצבע אדום ועליהן בשחור דמות גולגולת והמלה ”רעל“, בעברית, בערבית, באנגלית וברוסית.
