9. הוראות מיוחדות
(א)תשלומים המשולמים לפי חוק זה לא ייחשבו כהכנסה –
(1)לענין פקודת מס הכנסה, או לענין תשלומי חובה או היטלים אחרים;
(2)לענין גמלאות לפי חוק הביטוח הלאומי.
(ב)תשלומים המשולמים לפי חוק זה אינם ניתנים להעברה, לערבות או לעיקול בכל דרך שהיא, אלא לשם תשלום מזונות לפי פסק דין של בית משפט או בית דין מוסמך.
