2. מורשים לריפוי שיניים
אלה מורשים לריפוי שיניים:
(1)רופא שיניים שהוא בעל רשיון או היתר זמני לעסוק בריפוי שיניים לפי פקודה זו;
(2)מרפא שיניים שהוא בעל תעודת היתר לעסוק בריפוי שיניים שניתנה לו על פי בקשה שהגיש עד כ״ט בטבת תשכ״ו (21 בינואר 1966).
