3. ייחוד העיסוק
(א)מי שאינו מורשה לריפוי שיניים לא יעסוק בריפוי שיניים ולא יתחזה, במפורש או מכללא, כעוסק בריפוי שיניים או כמוכן לעסוק בו.
(ב)האמור בסעיף קטן (א) אינו בא למנוע רופא מורשה מעיסוק בריפוי שיניים בכרוך לעיסוקו הרפואי.
