48. הנוהל בועדה
(א)לועדה לפי סעיף 47 יהיו הסמכויות הנתונות לועדה רפואית לפי סעיף 24(א) ולענין זה יהיה בית המשפט המחוזי רשאי לתת צו כאמור בסעיף 24(ב) לפי בקשת המנהל או יושב ראש הועדה.
(ב)שר המשפטים יקבע סדרי דין לענין ביצוע סעיף זה.
פורסמו תקנות רופאי השיניים (סדרי דין בדיון משמעתי), התשל״ז–1977.
(ג)הועדה תגיש דין וחשבון בכתב לשר הבריאות.
