49. ביטול לפי בקשה או עקב שינוי במצג
המנהל רשאי בצו חתום בידו לבטל רשיון על פי בקשת בעלו, או אם נוכח שבעלו נפטר או שאינו זכאי עוד לישיבת קבע או ארעי בישראל.
