המבקר הפנימי יגיש לוועדת הביקורת הצעה לתכנית עבודה שנתית או תקופתית, לשם בחינתה לפי סעיף 32כא(ג)(3); ועדת הביקורת תגיש את הצעת תכנית העבודה לאישור המועצה בצירוף הערותיה והמלצותיה, והמועצה תאשרה בשינויים הנראים לה.
