(א)המועצה תמנה מבקר פנימי.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 49 לחוק החברות הממשלתיות וסעיפים 146(ב), 147, 150, 151 ו־153 לחוק החברות יחולו על המבקר הפנימי, בשינויים המחויבים.
