המחזיק מידע גנטי מזוהה במאגר מידע כהגדרתו בחוק הגנת הפרטיות חייב ברישומו לפי החוק האמור, והוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות יחולו ככל שאין בחוק זה הוראה אחרת לענין הנדון.
