22. ויתור על סודיות
(א)לא יראו ויתור על סודיות רפואית לגבי רשומה רפואית או מידע רפואי כהסכמה למסירת מידע גנטי מזוהה.
(ב)הסכמה למסירת מידע גנטי תיעשה במפורש ובכתב.
