23. מסירת מידע גנטי למטרות מחקר
תיקון: תשע״ו
מי שמחזיק מידע גנטי או מאגר מידע גנטי רשאי למסור את המידע שבידיו למטרות מחקר שאושר כדין, הוראה או פרסום בביטאון מדעי, אם התקיימו אחד מאלה:
(1)המידע הגנטי מועבר בלא כל פרט מזהה;
(2)הנבדק נתן הסכמה בכתב למסירת המידע הגנטי; בפרסום לפי פסקה זו לא ייחשף כל פרט מזהה של הנבדק אלא אם כן הוא נתן הסכמה מפורשת לכך, מראש ובכתב.
