43. השגת תעודה בטענה כוזבת
אדם המוסר הודעה כוזבת או מעלים ידיעה חשובה כדי להשיג בכך תעודה כאמור בסעיף 42, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים או קנס 3,000 לירות.
