42. הונאה
אדם שעשה אחד המעשים המנויים להלן בכוונה להונות, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים או קנס 3,000 לירות:
(1)שינה תעודת ביטוח – לרבות כל תעודה שהוצאה מכוח תקנות לפי פקודה זו וניתן להביאה כראיה במקום תעודת ביטוח – או השתמש בתעודה כאמור, או השאילה לאחר לשם השימוש בה, או הניח לאחר להשתמש בה;
(2)עשה או החזיק תעודה הדומה לתעודה כאמור עד כדי להונות.
