40. הנוהל בתיקון הפנקס
ציווה בית המשפט לתקן את הפנקס, יורה שבעל הדין שזכה ימציא לרשם הודעה על התיקון, ועם קבלת ההודעה יתקן הרשם את הפנקס בהתאם לצו.
