101. פתיחה או עיכוב של דבר דואר
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשס״ד
(א)מי שאינו מועסק על ידי בעל רישיון ועשה אחת מאלה, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים:
(1)פתח דבר דואר שהיה צריך להימסר לאחר או גרם לפתיחתו;
(2)הפריע או עיכב הובלת דבר דואר או מסירתו לנמען.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו על מי שהוא אפוטרופסו של קטין או של פסול דין שאליו ממוען דבר הדואר.
