109ז. גביה
תיקון: תשס״ד, תשס״ד־2, תשע״ב, תשפ״ב
(א)עיצום כספי ייגבה לאוצר המדינה ועל גבייתו יחול חוק המרכז לגביית קנסות, אגרות והוצאות, התשנ״ה–1995.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מסמכויות הגביה לפי כל דין, רשאי המנהל לגבות עיצום כספי בדרך של מימוש הערבויות שהמציא בעל הרישיון לפי הוראות רישיונו, כולן או מקצתן, ורשאי הוא לפרוס את תשלומי העיצום הכספי אף אם גבייתו בוצעה בדרך של מימוש ערבויות כאמור.
