שר האוצר בהסכמת השר, רשאי, לקבוע בצו, כי החברה תבוא במקום בנק הדואר לענין תביעות שהיו תלויות ועומדות מטעם בנק הדואר או נגדו, כולן או חלקן, ערב יום התחילה.
