תיקון: תשס״ד
נודע לבעל רישיון כי נמענו של דבר דואר נפטר לפני מסירתו, רשאי הוא להחזיר את דבר הדואר לשולחו או למסרו למי שיורה השולח, תמורת תשלום הקבוע לאותו דבר דואר.
