64. אחריות לאבדן ונזק
תיקון: תשס״ד
בעל שירות יהא אחראי לשמירתו הבטוחה של כל שק דואר שנמסר לו להובלה; במקרה של נזק, גניבה או אבדן של דבר דואר הנמצא בשק, ישפה בעל השירות את החברה על כל סכום פיצויים ששילמה בשל כך.
