84. התיישנות
תיקון: תשס״ד
לא ייזקק בית המשפט לתובענה על פי סעיפים 77 עד 83, אם תוך פרק הזמן המפורט להלן מיום שנתקבל דבר הדואר למשלוח לא דרש התובע, בכתב, פיצויים מבעל הרישיון הכללי, או שדרש כאמור אך לא הגיש תובענה תוך תשעים ימים מתאריך ההודעה על דחיית דרישתו:
שירות דואר פנים – שנה אחת;
שירות דואר בין־לאומי – שישה חודשים.
