תיקון: תשע״ב, תשפ״ב
השר בהסכמת שר האוצר, רשאי לקבוע הוראות בדבר המועדים שבהם ייזקפו חיובים לחשבון של לקוח המתנהל אצל החברה (החל מהמועד הקובע: הבת) בשל תשלום שהחברה (החל מהמועד הקובע: הבת) גובה בעד מתן שירות כספי.
