14. סמכויות המנהל והמבקרים
שר החקלאות רשאי לקבוע בתקנות את סמכויותיהם של המנהל ושל המבקרים בביצוע תקנות לפי חוק זה, לרבות לקיחת דוגמאות ללא תמורה, בדיקתן במעבדה והטיפול בהן בדרך אחרת.
