20. עבירות ועונשים
מי שעשה אחד מאלה:
(1)ייצא תוצרת מן החי ללא אישור מבקר לפי חוק זה או בניגוד לתנאי אישור כאמור;
(2)במרמה, או ביודעין על ידי העלמת פרטים שיש להם חשיבות לענין, השיג אישור ליצוא תוצרת מן החי לפי חוק זה;
(3)גילה דבר שהגיע לידיעתו בתוקף תפקידו לפי חוק זה ואין הגילוי לצרכי מילוי תפקיד זה או תוך כדי מילוי חובה המוטלת עליו לפי דין אחר, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים או קנס חמשת אלפים לירות, ובית המשפט רשאי לצוות על חילוט כל דבר שבו נעברה העבירה.
