21. אחריות בחבר בני־אדם
נעברה עבירה לפי חוק זה על־ידי תאגיד או חבר בני־אדם אחר, יראו כעובר העבירה גם כל אדם אשר היה אותה שעה מנהל, שותף, מנהל חשבונות או פקיד אחראי אחר של אותו תאגיד או חבר בני אדם ויכול שיעמידוהו לדין ויענישוהו אם לא הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו, או שהוא נקט אמצעים סבירים להבטיח שלא תיעבר.
