3. החמרת האחריות
שומר חנם או שומר שכר שקיבל נכס על מנת לשמרו אישית, והוא מסר אותו לאדם אחר בלי שהורשה לכך במפורש או מכללא, אחריותו לאבדן הנכס או לנזקו תהא כשל שואל.
